Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT®) is a step-by-step approach to treating substance abuse. MRT® helps individuals improve their personal, social, moral, and behavioral growth by focusing on increasing positive behavior and self-esteem; decreasing selfishness; working through frustration; and moral reasoning.
Anger Management Program
GHS offers Anger Management classes designed to help men understand and move through anger in a safe, productive way. It teaches clients how to understand their emotions, improve their communication skills, and develop stress and anger management skills.
GHS Outpatient Addiction Services
The GHS Outpatient Addiction Services (OAS) offers substance abuse services designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Most of our OAS clients are persons with behavioral health issues, including addictions, who have become involved in the criminal justice system.

Glacier Manor Community Residential Center
Glacier Manor Community Residential Center
Glacier Manor Community Residential Center (CRC) is both a correctional facility and a program to assist residents toward becoming productive and responsible citizens. Certified by the Alaska Department of Corrections, Glacier Manor is a fully monitored, secure facility consisting of five buildings that can accommodate up to 85 residents.
